What was projected to be the largest and most hyped EDM album release has gone downhill… fast. Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories experienced a groundbreaking amount of sales during their first week of release, but ever since has decreased in sales by a whopping 73%.
Is it too early to conclude that this album is a flop? Or did we all just set the bars way too high for this album to be successful in the industry today? Whatever the case might be, this album has to make a serious comeback in the coming weeks for it to fully meet its potential.
