Sub Focus Hosting a Worldwide Scavenger Hunt to Promote New Album ‘Torus’

It’s been a little while since we’ve heard an original album from Sub Focus, the UK drum & bass producer responsible for hit singles such as “Tidal Wave” and “Endorphins”.  He’s finally got some new music ready for us – but hearing the track is going to take a little bit of searching, literally. To promote the new album, titled Torus, Sub Focus tweeted a link to a scavenger hunt website that uses Google Maps technology to allow users around the globe to look for clues as to where a disc with some Torus tracks might be hidden. It’s more or less geocaching and there are thirteen discs in all.

If you’re not lucky enough to find one, or be near a place where there is one (or aren’t really into going outside and looking around for stuff), you can also do an online search scavenger hunt to reveal the album track by track. All of this leads up to the new album being released on September 23rd. Stay tuned for an official EDMtunes album review!
