Bone chilling, epic, emotive, ethereal, haunting and beautiful are all things that come to mind when describing tyDi‘s new track ‘Gravity‘. As the first release of his upcoming album Hotel Rooms, ‘Gravity‘ exemplifies the Australian producer’s mission to create music out of his passion regardless of what everyone else is doing. For this one, tyDi trades in the builds and drops of the usual electronic synthesizers for orchestral crescendos punctuated by intrusive percussion. ‘Gravity‘ resembles a track from a movie score with its dramatic instrumentals and Carmen Keigans bone chilling vocals. The track details tyDi’s production skills and his versatility among styles. Although ‘Gravity‘ is relatively short in length and leaves many wishing it was longer, it is a poignant piece of art in the way that it erupts chills and pure emotion out of the listener; it is certainly a track that haunts you long after it has ended.
