Watch Bono, The Edge and Nile Rodgers Perform Daft Punk’s Get Lucky LIVE

‘Get Lucky’, the first single from Daft Punk’s highly successful fourth album, has arguably been one of the biggest hits of the year. Recently, U2 frontman Bono, and guitarist/backing singer The Edge, teamed up with Nile rodgers to perform a cover of the track. The performance was part of a special event arranged by one of Bono’s charity funds, and the £16 million that were collected during the evening will be used to combat the fight against AIDS. Besides ‘Get lucky’, the trio performed covers of many other songs. Among them, ‘Perfect Day’ which was originally recorded by the recently deceased Lou Reed.
