Spor Spontaneously Releases New Album, ‘Caligo’, In Response To Leak

When you’re prepared, nothing can rattle you. Spor (Feed Me, if you’re not a fan of drum & bass) found out that his album leaked before it was to be officially released on BitTorrent. Instead of freaking out or pulling information, he announced that he’d be handling the situation with BitTorrent on his AMA.

He was able to formally launch his album and allowed people to name their price. Yes, you heard that right. Not only did he plan for the album to be leaked, but even if it wasn’t, you can pay whatever you want for the album, including nothing. To quote the master himself:

I anticipated this happening, no matter how hard I worked to prevent it. As a result, we were fully prepared, and the full release of my album Caligo will launch in about 17 minutes, hence beginning this AMA a little early.

He knew it could happen and did what he needed to do to make sure they responded and people can now get the album. My personal favorites include “Like Clockwork” (electrobass fusion) “Blueroom” (classic drum & bass), “Strange Heart” (neurofunk) and a bunch of others? Do you have a favorite? Let us know in the comments and props to Spor once again for being on point.
