Sometimes it’s way too obvious when a track is popular because you can constantly hear it played at almost all the electronic music festivals. But sometimes it’s nice to have data to back up how we feel about track popularity, and 1001tracklists has been compiling that data on a weekly basis, tallying the many times a certain track gets played by DJs or producers at various live shows and music festivals. Now it’s time to see which track reigned supreme this past year. In a not so surprising result, especially for those of us festival junkies who couldn’t have raved enough this past summer, Valentino Khan‘s “Deep Down Low” was the most played track in 2015. It first appeared in the OWSLA Spring Compilation 2015 back in March.
Alongside “Deep Down Low,” the top 5 includes Tiësto & KSHMR‘s “Secrets;” Jauz‘s & Ephwurd‘s “Rock The Party;” Martin Solveig‘s & GTA‘s “Intoxicated;” and Merk‘s & Kremont‘s “Get Get Down” rounds out at number 5. See where your favorite track ended up on the 1001tracklists list. And once again listen to the most popular track among DJs this year!
Additionally, 1001tracklists also revealed the most viewed tracklists of the year and you can find the Top 5 below.
