One of the world’s most historic events is set to return this August and has dropped a supremely epic lineup to build festival-goer anticipation. Founded in 1998, Creamfields has been an annual staple in the European festival game. Over a near 2-decade run, the festival has held events in Abu Dhabi, Buenos Aires, Andalucía, Malta, Punchestown, Punta del Este, Alcala de henares, Istanbul, Vilnius, Mexico City, Moscow, Prague, Lima, Santiago, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Florianopolis, Belo Horizonte, Wrocław, Lisbon, and Australia. None of the subsidiary festivals have distracted from the Creamfields main event: August Bank Holiday weekend in Daresbury, Cheshire.
Thursday, August 25th, Friday, August 26th, Saturday, August 27th, and Sunday, August 28th, will play host to some of the world’s most sought-after names in electronic music – all in one place over one memorable weekend. Among the list of 100+ artists already announced (with more to come) are superstars such as Armin Van Buuren, Avicii, Martin Garrix, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Above & Beyond, Jack U, Calvin Harris, Tiesto, Hardwell, and Eric Prydz. In addition the mainstream placeholders, Creamfields enforced its lineup diversity with names like MK, Gorgon City, Andy C, Tchami, Eats Everything, Hannah Wants, Tiga, Jamie Jones, and so many more.
