Sebastian Ingrosso’s track record at being one of the most sought after producers in the business has never been questioned through the years because of the continuous streak of stellar recordings he’s been apart of. Whether that be from his days with Swedish House Mafia or individually with productions such as “Calling (Lose My Mind)” and “Reload,” not many can compare with the festival anthems and club bangers that have come out of his camp from day one.
Seven years ago, in my last summer of college, Ingrosso’s tune “Kidsos” dropped and completely floored many fans of electronic music as this was before the spike in popularity seen here in the United States. A combination of a restructured version of his smasher “Laktos” and MGMT’s “Kids”, a tune that became very well know for it’s simplistic yet addictive melody and creative lyrics back in 2004, made 2009 an incredible year to be alive. Sit back, reminisce and enjoy this beast of a mashup.
