A few weeks back we broke the story that Tomorrowland was seeking to return to a 2 weekend event in 2017, after having such a successful outing in 2014. Now the news is all but confirmed by several Dutch publications. The 2017 festival will take place over July 21-23 and July 28-30. The aim of this is to reach the massive global demand for the festival, and probably to make some extra cash along the way.
Tomorrowland will now host 360,000 ravers in Boom, but it gets even better. Word is that the festival aims to continue in the same style for every year after that. That means that Electric Forest and Tomorrowland will both be joining Coachella as back-to-back festivals in 2017, leaving EDC Vegas and Ultra Miami as the major festivals sticking to a solo outing. Will you make the trek to Belgium in 2017?
