Today was an awful interesting day for digital music if we must be honest. First, Apple eliminated the universal aux plug in favor of expensive and easy to lose earbuds or lightning cables. Not to be outdone digital music hero SoundCloud encountered a coding error with serious ramifications for the platform.

This coding error made all private tracks public and visible via the feed today. Anybody working in the music industry knows most artists save up their working projects and their completed unreleased tracks on private in SoundCloud for sharing among others in the industry. Needless to say, artists are extremely upset about this.
Apple removed the jack, soundcloud shared private tracks, just need a new nickelback album and this could be the worse day of music history
