The phase 1 Lineup for Movement, Detroit’s largest dance music festival, has just been released and it is just as exciting as you would expect.
Detroit is where techno started in the USA and Movement is known as one of the leading techno festivals in the country. This year it will continue that tradition bringing us big timers like Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Barclay Crenshaw, Jamie Jones, Nicole Moudaber and many more. Carl Cox will headline the main stage on the final day, though the two main acts for the first two days have not been announced yet.
Detroit has held music festivals for the city since the early 2000s that have held different names and have been put on by different promoters but the Movement fest as we know it today has been going since 2006. It looks like we can expect more artists to be released soon.
