EDM’s favorite trombonist, Alexander Lewis, has released an impressive re-work of Kaaris’ track, “Chargé”. Having essentially invented the niche genre of trombone-trap last May with his epic remix of Mr. Carmack’s “Pay For What”, Alexander Lewis is back with another thumping remix that is on par with his past releases. His remix of “Chargé” revolves heavily around a memorable bass melody played on the trombone, with hi-hats and a flurry of synths on top, sampled from Kaaris original version.
It safe to say that Lewis has fully established his sound on this track, and is undoubtedly one of the most impressive, classically trained electronic musicians out there today.
