Relive Major Lazer’s Miami Caribbean Benefit Show

 

Irma, Katia and Maria have finally left, yet their journeys across the Caribbean has been nothing but devastating. While many people have lost their homes, cars and personal belongings, others have faced more terrifying situations such as being out of reach for several days or even experiencing the passing of a loved one.

Now that the worst is behind, it’s time to reconstruct and to focus in the future. This is definitely not going to be an easy venture, and different artists from the electronic music scene are already engaging on the task in one way or another. Major Lazer has decided to contribute to the campaign by throwing a benefit show, where they stated that 100% of the ticket sales will go to hurricane relief activities.

This fundraising event “Relief Is The Mission” took place on October 16th on Mana Wynwood, Miami, Florida. The trio performed along with Tory Lanez, Machel Montano and Bad Bunny, and the show was streamed live for the whole world to be able to contribute to this noble cause.
