Last Saturday during South by Southwest, a planned concert had to be canceled due to a bomb threat that had to be investigated by Austin Police. A suspicious individual by the name of Trevor Weldon was eventually arrested and charged with emailing a bomb threat. This comes as Texas reels from the terrifying bomb packages going off in the Austin area.
The suspect is expected to serve up to 10 years in prison due to the seriousness and the nature of the charge. The Roots, who were originally supposed to be performing that night delivered an update regarding the situation on twitter.

Fortunately no one was injured and the bomb threats appeared to have been hoaxes.
