Governors Ball 2019 lineup is finally here! Governors Ball has been a staple of New York summers since its inception in 2011. The festival takes place on Randall’s Island, a secluded part of New York City. It is a beautiful setting that overlooks the whole Manhatten skyline. It is set to take place between May 31st – June 2nd. The lineup is very diverse that will attract almost every music fan.
Their 2019 lineup might be one of the best ones they have had yet. Its headliners will be The Strokes, Florence & The Machine, and Tyler, The Creator. Joining them are other big names like Major Lazer, Lil Wayne, NAS, and SZA.Â
EDM isn’t represented too much in the lineup but there are some other solid names that are must-sees like Louis The Child, Zhu, Bob Moses, and Gesaffelstein. With this most likely being the last year of Major Lazer, you can expect an amazing performance out of them.
