Nick Miller, better known for his stage name as ILLENIUM, has come a long way from being just a kid in Denver, Colorado. As some of you may know, Miller has experienced some dark times in his early 20s after overdosing on heroine. A lot of his music reflects on these times of his life and how he overcame these obstacles to rise to where he is today.

Throughout the years, ILLENIUM has released countless songs that have captivated millions around the world. When you listen his music, you can feel the passion and emotion that was put into producing each track. Although Denver may be his hometown, one other city that has supported him in major way as he was on his come up was New York City. It all started in the summer of 2015, when ILLENIUM played his first gig in the Big Apple at Webster Hall with another artist named Sound Remedy. Webster Hall has created a platform as a stepping stone for many of the world’s biggest artists as they rose to super stardom. Following that show, ILLENIUM would return to NYC the following year to perform at his first ever Electric Zoo as a supporting act in 2016. In addition to Ezoo, he would also play at the renowned PlayStation Theater in Times Square in December of 2016. Over these few shows, ILLENIUM began growing a dedicated fan see in NYC and this really reflected when 2017 came around. For the first time, ILLENIUM would play the main stage of Electric Zoo and would follow that up with his first big show at Terminal 5 in December of 2017.

By the time 2018 came around, the DJ out of Denver already knew what to expect from his fans in New York. Alongside his good friends Dabin and Said the Sky, the three would sell out 3 back-to-back nights at Terminal 5 followed by an after party at Marquee New York. Selling out 2 nights at Terminal 5 was already impressive but to sell out 3 was simply an impossible task. During his shows at Terminal 5 in 2018, he would announce that he would be returning to New York City in 2019 to take on the biggest stage in the world at Madison Square Garden. Only a few EDM artists have had the honor of such a stage. Some of these include Hardwell, Swedish House Mafia, and Jack U.

After releasing a stellar album this summer in ‘Ascend’, the time has finally come as ILLENIUM is set to play the world’s most famous arena at Madison Square Garden this Saturday, September 21st in New York City. This is the stage that all artists of all genres dream of performing one day and this weekend, ILLENIUM will accomplish this dream.
