[Listen] Major Lazer & Khalid Drop ‘Trigger’ for Death Stranding Game

In but a mere 2 weeks, game and music enthusiasts’ worlds will collide due to the launch of Death Stranding published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4. Specifically, on November 8, 2019, the highly anticipated action game developed by Kojima Productions will be released. The team behind the game have recruited some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Major Lazer and Khalid, to help build the hype!

Death Stranding is designed with the idea that the civilization has collapsed. Sam Bridges must journey across the destruction to help save mankind from the brink of extinction, all while having to face off with spectral creatures plaguing the various grounds. Although Sony Music recruited a long list of superstars to help promote the upcoming release of the game, Major Lazer and Khalid’s track christened ‘Trigger‘ will leave you wanting to conquer all of the quests that you are presented with!

Leave it to Khalid to bless our ears with melancholy lines. Major Lazer, on the other hand, showcased their undeniable productions skills with an expertly timed and synthesized hook.
