Trance fam, finally out now is an interstellar trance track from David Gravell and KhoMha. Titled ‘Alpha Centauri‘, let this song take you on an epic journey into the stars. We see its release on Armada Music and boy, it is a great addition. Recently, Armin featured this track on A State of Trance, Ibiza 2019, CD 1.
First, the sound of light, airy chimes come in. Secondly, the buildup begins and a pounding drop follows courtesy of KhoMha. Thirdly, the beautiful synths, melody, and kicks ebb and flow. Gravell’s sound instantly transcends us into the light. It is uplifting, euphoric, and energetic.
This is a track ready for the dance floor. Its ambience in the background makes us feel like we’re flying through the galaxy. It ends with tiny notes that fade away into the darkness.
David Gravell, also known as Danny de Graaf, hails from Amsterdam. He got his start on W&W’s label and is now a veteran of Armada. He has made his mark on ASOT festivals and others in Europe. His defining subgenres lie in trance, electro house, and progressive house.
Robert Alzate, also known as KhoMha, is from Medellin, Colombia. He had a taste for electronic music unconventional sounds at the age of 14. Investigating the different traditional musical genres of his country, he grew love for trance and house. MySpace gave him his intro into the world and he’s worked with Markus Schulz on Coldharbour Recordings. Movies featured his productions and he completed two world tours.
These two producers are forces to be reckoned with in the trance community. You can’t go wrong with a collaborative effort like this one. This monster tune is bound to bring out all the Trance fam at night.
