After dropping her collaborative EP Forever Ravers with Kittin this past summer, ANNA is already announcing her newest project. Her newest EP Galactic Highways is scheduled for release next week on Monday, November 18th. If you can’t wait until next week, ANNA has gracefully premiered one of the new songs titled ‘Phase Two‘.
In the past, the female producer dropped music compilations with record labels like Kompakt and Novamute, but Galactic Highways sees its release on none other than Adam Beyer‘s established imprint, Drumcode Records. Although this is no small achievement, it should come to no surprise as ANNA has dominated the tech-house and techno scene over the years.
‘Phase Two’ closes off the new EP. It starts off with a deep drum beat, with euphoric chords aiding in the song build up. Melodic synths appear in the background and are the main forefront later in the song. Again, ANNA has shown her amazing talent, as all these elements build the dark and emotional sound of ‘Phase Two’.
