After four years on the market, Calvin Harris‘ Hollywood Hills property has sold for a casual 7 mil, so get ready to feel wildly inaccurate as you read on.
According to Variety the 4,100 square foot property has a zen-inspired design and sits above the famous Sunset Strip in LA. The luxury property boasts 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (because that’s the appropriate number of bathrooms, duh), and a two-story detached guest house and a pool/spa. Amongst the list of delicious-sounding features, the property boasts a stylish living and dining area, a Euro-chic kitchen, a fireplace, and a home theatre with surround sound. With off-street parking for 10+ vehicles, you and all your friends would also have had plenty of space to park and enjoy Harris’ bamboo garden and infinity-edge swimming pool. Sigh.
If you’re wondering who’s enjoying the ‘Bounce’ star’s ex-bachelor pad, it’s been purchased by Stephen Garden, a low profile tech entrepreneur. While Calvin hasn’t lived in the property for over 5 years, we can just imagine the kind of parties that the walls would have housed in its time.
Despite the sale, Hollywood still looks like home for Calvin. He currently maintains a mansion in Hollywood Hills, a gated compound in Beverly Hills, and a property located in lower Bel Air, clocking in at an estimated $5, $15 and $13.8 million, respectively.
It’s clear 2020 has been a good year for the popular Scottish DJ, who recently dropped a new EP titled ‘Love Regenerator II‘.

Please, someone, tell us we’re not the only ones imagining listening to ‘Summer‘ while sipping scotch on the rocks and watching the sunset on that stunning balcony.
