Online music festival Digital Mirage will be returning for a second edition live stream. Dance music brands Proximity and Brownies & Lemonade made an official announcement about the exciting news. The event is expected to take place for three days from June 5th – 7th.
With its first edition, Digital Mirage made history as the first-ever live-streamed music festival. Since then, multiple digital festivals have followed, such as Secret Sky, Movement Detroit, and Governors Ball.
The initial event raised over $300,000 to benefit the Sweet Musicians Relief Fund, a charity that aims to support those in the music industry who have been affected by COVID-19. Many artists performed during the event, such as Alison Wonderland, SOFI TUKKER, Valentino Khan, Mija, Ghastly, and more.
Digital Mirage will feature performances from various kinds of dance music producers. Some of these artists are A-Trak, Baauer, Boys Noize, Elohim, ARMNHMR, Griz, and Kaskade. Overall, we can’t wait to see what Proximity and Brownies & Lemonade have in store for viewers next week.
For the second Digital Mirage 2, proceeds will be donated to Plus 1. Consequently, this will fund artists performing for the festival and will provide COVID-19 relief. Ultimately, viewers will have the option to donate to the fund as the event takes place.
If you plan to watch the second Digital Mirage, you can RSVP for the event. Stay tuned for updates on the event.
