Although we just entered into August, Apple fans are ready for Apple’s annual fall keynote. Like previous years, we can look forward to seeing what Apple has been working on at their Cupertino headquarters. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be some changes to the fall event, along with product releases. This week, Apple confirmed the launch of the iPhone 12 will be delayed. Still, many believe Apple will find a way around the numerous supply chain challenges.

Everyone is anxious to see what the iPhone 12 will include and what new features it will have. From what we know, Apple will be releasing four iPhone 12 variants. These include a 5.4-inch, two 6.1-inch models, and a 6.7-inch model. Just recently, MacRumors reported that Apple may stagger the release of the iPhones. For example, it’s believed the two 6.1-inch models may launch first, followed by the remaining two models. This decision would likely prevent a large production nightmare in an already challenging time.

Just how much will the iPhones be staggered? The report suggests that there could be about a month’s separation between the two launches. Still, we can assume that Apple will release all models before Christmas. Missing the holiday deadline would result in countless lost sales. Moreover, the biggest question is, how large will the demand be for an expensive iPhone? Many people are spending their money more wisely due to the pandemic and may skip a $1,000 gadget this year.

Until then, we’ll have to wait and see what Apple decides to do. If you are unsure what the iPhone 12 lineup will look like, read more about it here. Also, let us know if you’ll be lining up for a new iPhone this year.
