There might be no other artist in 2020 who’s delivered so many deep house bangers as Gorgon City has. The British duo has released a ton of songs which have peaked as some of the best house tracks of the year. Be it a collab or a solo track, their essence inside the genre continues being as pure as when they first started. Now, Gorgon City returns with their new track ‘Alive’ and you’ll definitely want to listen to this one!
Gorgon City Closes The Year Strong
Their 7th release of the year, ‘Alive’ is one of the last songs we’ll hear from the duo in 2020 which has turned out to be one of their most prolific years. From collaborating with pop icons Sofi Tukker to remixing some of the biggest house gurus of the year such as Dom Dolla, Gorgon City has nailed everything this year. Their powerful distinctive sound mashes perfectly with their melodies and brings us to a perfect fusion between this new Gorgon City sound and their old selves. Right now, Gorgon City should be owning every single club in the world. Topping every club chart and delivering a masterclass on how does house music take over a club. However, we’re stuck here, during a pandemic. I can’t wait until we’re able to go out, and you can take for granted that, wherever Gorgon City’s music is playing, that’s where you’ll find me.
Strong brass sounds. Hard synthesizers. Tech-house drum patterns definitely guarantee a dance infusing vibe into any crowd. Gorgon City’s new track is a banger. There’s no other way to put it. For their latest track, however, the duo decided to recruit some extra talent. Teaming up with DJ duo PAX, and well, the result is nothing but perfect. Gorgon City continues delivering on what has been one of their best years so far. Even without an album, the duo has put out an amazing amount of tracks that have managed to stay at the same quality level. An amazing feat. Even for such an experienced duo.
