With 2020 being all but erased from the live music record books, there are few artists capable of still making an impact. One such artist is that of the Brazilian DJ/ Record Producer, Vintage Culture. Over the past year, we’ve seen him drop hit, after hit. For proof of this, look no further than his release ‘Coffee‘ alongside the legendary Tiësto, as well as ‘Cali Dreams‘ with Fancy Inc featuring The Beach. Now, we’re getting a bit more extensive. I say this, as Vintage Culture recently debuted a full-fledged 2-hour Essential Mix, for the ever-iconic BBC Radio 1.
If you’ve ever listened to Vintage Culture’s tracks, I’m sure I don’t have to remind you of how amazing his productions have been as of late. If you haven’t you’re in for a ride. Throughout Vintage’s Essential mix, he plays over 25+ tracks. From what I gathered, the setlist includes eleven originals and thirteen remixes. In addition to this, we also have music from Camelphat, Yotto, Kölsch, and even Duke Dumont. Exciting.
If you’re curious to see what Vintage Culture is all about, and the powerhouse of musician he is, I highly recommend checking out his BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. Trust me when I say that you won’t regret it. Be sure to check out the official BBC Radio 1 streaming link here. The mix itself can also be played below. If interested, the full setlist from 1001Tracklists can be found here. Enjoy!
