The Swedish DJ and producer bought the 6,587 square feet mansion three years ago for $5.8 million. The property sits on a .37-acre hillside parcel of land secured by gates, walls, and cameras. The residence was built on speculation in 2017 by a local developer and rests on a quiet, narrow road. However, it is easily accessible to the popular dining, retail, and entertainment options found on nearby Ventura Boulevard.
Obviously, Alesso did some modifications to the house when he bought it back in 2018. “We sold this home to our client (Alesso) several years ago, and he only made it better”, said listing agent Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group. The producer did numerous upgrades, “including audio-visual and security, as well as exquisite curated furnishings”. Oppenheim added that the home’s privacy and impressive security features make it an ideal choice for a celebrity buyer.
