Acclaimed EDM and pop trio Cheat Codes release their new single “Never Love You Again” after the drop of their debut album, Hellraisers, Pt. 1. This time, they are collaborating with Grammy-award-winning country group Little Big Town and famous vocalist and singer-songwriter Bryn Christopher.
“Never Love You Again” is an excellent example of Cheat Codes’s ability to combine genres and experiment with new sounds. They have never been afraid to cross into different territories and have collaborated with many different types of artists. However, entering the country scene is a first for them. The song blends dance and pop beats with beautiful vocals from Little Big town and Bryn Christopher. The blend of pop/dance and country makes for a distinct and captivating listen. The lyrics are sad and sincere, yet listeners can’t help but want to dance to the EDM beat.
The chart-topping producers recently released Hellraisers, Pt. 1 in May. The album consisted of 11 songs and many collaborations with renowned artists; it was an amazing feat for the group as it was their first full album. Their lead single “Lean On Me” featured the dancer and superstar musician Tinashe and really highlighted Cheat Codes’s catchy production and style.
