The original founders of Tomorrowland are rumored once again to be considering an expansion to Thailand. CEO of Index Creative Village, Kriengkrai Kanjakapokin, told the Bangkok post:
“Thailand is considered one of the highest-potential countries in Asia for world music events, we highly anticipate that the event will be held in Thailand in its 2019 or 2020 edition.”
He also said if it does happen it will be in Sattahip which is an area perfect for a music festival. This rumor has popped up before, but it has been denied by Tomorrowland representatives. This move would be another step forward in the brands movement to be worldwide and have events all over the globe. The overall feeling is good again for Tomorrowland to expand after rumors pointed to a return for both TomorrowWorld and Tomorrowland Brazil.
