Flume – Friends

In 2018 Flume announced he would be taking a hiatus from music. It is now 2019, and it is safe to say that this hiatus is over. Earlier last week, the Sydney based DJ & record producer dropped a surprise 17-track mixtape, to which the music world absolutely loved. Earlier today, he casually announced that he would be dropping a new single, and now we finally have it.

The new track is titled ‘Friends‘ and features the vocals of Reo Cragun. The track is full of ear candy as we have come to expect from ‘Never Be Like You’ producer, and we’re absolutely loving it. Where his ‘Hi This Is Flume’ mixtape was more on the experimental side, ‘Friends’ is definitely more suited for radio play. If you’re a fan of Flume, this is obviously something worth checking out.

With a run time of 3:43, ‘Friends’ is definitely a musical journey in itself. Regardless, this is a track that you just might find yourself playing on repeat. ‘Friends’ by Flume & Reo Cragun is out now and can be streamed below, enjoy.
