And here we go! It has not even been 24 hours since Above & Beyond teased Acoustic III on all socials. About 14 hours after that, they dropped an acoustic version of ‘Flying By Candlelight’ (feat. Marty Longstaff) on streaming platforms.
The group also released dates for their Acoustic III tour. Starting late April, the trio will begin their third round of acoustic performances in London at some of their favorite venues, including Alexandra Palace and Royal Albert Hall.
Above & Beyond will later migrate over to the U.S. in mid-May. Two days of performances will be happening in Washington, D.C. at The Kennedy Center, the Radio City Music Hall in New York, the Winspear Opera House in Dallas, the Bass Center Hall in Austin, as well as a handful of performances in California.
A stop to point out: the tour will be wrapping up July 1st at Red Rocks. Accompanying the producers will be the Colorado Symphony, which is significantly special. Having a full blown symphony to support the already exquisite acoustic show at one of the most beautiful venues in the world is an absolute treat.
You can check out Above & Beyond’s website for more info. Pre-sale tickets will be available on February 11th, 10AM local time. Pre-orders for the Acoustic III vinyl and CD are now available too.
