When people think of electronic dance music, we often times think about the joy and pleasure that the sounds that our favorites producers bring to us on a daily basis. Well forget that notion and do a complete 180 and you have the newest film to hit the big screen, Enter The Dangerous Mind.
Starring The Wolf Of Wall Streets own, Jake Hoffman, and Twilights actress, Nikki Reed; this story about a schizophrenic EDM producer is not your average walk in the park film. According to the films synopsis found on iTunes, the film can be described as follows:
A socially awkward EDM musician with a traumatic past, a tenuous grip on reality, and voices in his head. When he meets Wendy (Nikki Reed), he thinks he might finally have a shot at happiness. But as long-buried memories begin to stir, and his crush turns into obsession, Jim finds himself looking into a violent abyss… and he won’t be going alone.
Set to hit the big screens on February 6th, this release is one of both intrigue and nerves, especially when it highlights the negative side of the world we know and love.
