When Dirtybird boss Claude VonStroke announced earlier this year that the label would be adding a new multi-day festival style, “Dirtybird Campout,” to its already-strong roster of 2015 live events, we promised you “one hell of a time,” even though we had no details at all. We just knew it would be amazing. Now the lineup has been released and, as much as we hate to tell you we told you so, well…we told you so.
Not only is the lineup totally stacked–featuring the usual battery of Dirtybird stars (Justin Martin, J.Phlip, VonStroke, Christian Martin, etc) as well as non-family tastemakers like Hot Creations founder Lee Foss and D.C. duo Benoit & Sergio–but the event also promises “3 days of campfire tales, lakeside s’mores, late night dance-offs, and all the fun and games you expect from the greatest summer camp there ever was.”
If that wasn’t enough, iconic artist collective The Do LaB will be bringing their Coachella magic to the Campout. Do LaB founder Jesse Flemming released a statement earlier this week expressing his excitement about the partnership.
