Supporting 3.5mm auxiliary input, RCA jacks or an optical input, this hockey pucked-shaped gadget will finally support Spotify alongside Google Play Music, BBC Radio iPlayer and Deezer among others. It’s biggest feature is that it’s price point, $35, costs far less than any of it’s closest competitor, the Sonos Connect, runs around $350. No word yet their supposed “world-class DAC” but even if the sound quality isn’t exactly up to par with Sonos, $35 compared to $350 is a no brainer choice. As with it’s ancestor, download the app and you’re ready to stream to your hearts content. Even take a phone call or leave the room and the music continues to play. Can’t wait to see this in action.
