‘The Life Aquatic’ revolves around a hypnotic piano melody, a minimalist track that showcases Moon Boots melodic sensibilities, not the typical deep house heater you’d expect from an Anjunadeep artist. Moon Boots is a classically trained pianist, and he was inspired by some of the older, Romantic-era composers that he played while growing up, prompting him to create a more down-tempo, melody driven track – resulting in the gorgeous, slow-bubbling end result that is ‘The Life Aquatic’.
