Culpriit – Driveway
Say hello to a new duo hailing from Los Angeles and London, respectively, called Culpriit. Their stellar debut single ‘Driveway’ is a chilled electro-house treat that is said to be about “those weekends where you have nothing to do and nowhere to go when when you were young. It’s about anyone, anywhere in the world trying to find themselves in the people around them.”
Both artists have ample experience in music. With Colin Dieden being the lead singer of the alternative band The Mowgli’s and Rob Ellmore being a talented producer, the two joined forces to create Culpriit. For their debut single the duo caught the eyes of Spinnin’ Records who signed the track to their brand new imprint Congo Records.
On speaking about the new track Culpriit said,“While I enjoy writing for other people, I’m excited to be doing an artist project that combines my experience in electronic production with a fresh, raw vocal sound. When we first met, it was obvious that this was the partnership we had both been looking for.”
