Diamond Pistols – Gravity (ft. Lydia)
Los Angeles-based artist Christian Dold – also known as Diamond Pistols – first dabbled with music at the age of three when he received his first piano lesson. His musical abilities, library and knowledge have greatly improved and allow him to create top tier songs released on powerhouse record labels such as Atlantic Records, Spinnin’ Records, Dim Mak Records, Dirty Dutch, and Firepower.
He recently took a giant leap of faith by leaving a career in finance behind to pursue his true passion: music. His latest single “Gravity” is jam-packed with high energy and features singer/songwriter LYDIA on vocals. The drop is both melodic and powerful thanks to unique layering of synths.
‘Gravity’ is about the inescapable impact certain people have on our lives. Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our feelings for someone else that they begin to feel like a relentless force of nature. From Lydia’s vocals to the dramatic drop, I wanted to create the sound of being unable to resist someone and the influence they have over you.
