Never one to disappoint, RL Grime has once again caught our attention. Coming off the heels of a massive performance at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, the Los Angeles native has come out of nowhere and announced that he will be one of the surprise guests at Weekend One of Coachella. He joins heavy hitters SoDown, Dimond Saints, EPROM, and many more inside the Do Lab on Friday, April 13, with his set starting at 9:30pm. The announcement appeared via the Twitter account of RL’s NOVA Team. His Do Lab set will look to build off his electric performance at the Sahara Tent at Coachella 2016. Due to tickets being sold out for Weekend One, perhaps the live stream can lend a hand.
Grime has been on the move lately, performing in Austin, Miami, and his various residencies in Las Vegas. He will be traveling to Ohio for NumberFest at The Venue of Athens later in April. He has received tremendous support for his epic ballad ‘I Wanna Know‘ feat. Daya. The single rocked the closing moments at Ultra two weeks ago and already has over 3.7 million streams on Spotify. The social media buzz has everyone excited for what promises to be a nasty night in the Do Lab.
