West Coast fans, the wait is over! A State of Trance 900 Bay Area will officially be taking over the iconic Oakland Coliseum in Oakland, California, the current home of the Oakland Athletics and Raiders sports teams. Armin van Buuren surprised trance fans back in Utrecht that the worldwide festival would be making a stop on the California Coast.
Insomniac and ALDA Events have partnered together to bring ASOT to the Bay Area for the first time. Initially, it was thought that the event would take place at Oracle Arena, next-door to the Coliseum. With the Oakland Coliseum now confirmed, it’s time to get your travel arrangements finalized. The Coliseum will be perfect for the intense crowds and summer weather this June!
We’re still waiting for a lineup to be released but obviously, Armin is locked in. Armin has completed two stops on his ASOT 900 world tour so far – Utrecht and Madrid. His next stops include Miami (Ultra), Kiev, Belgium, and of course the Bay Area. Be sure to check out his previous livestreams from Utrecht and Madrid to get an idea on what to expect in Oakland!
