There may be uncertainty about Miami Music Week events right now in light of recent event cancellations, but one thing that’s certain is that GATTÜSO‘s latest single ‘Walk On Water’ would easily become a MMW anthem. Released on NYC-based label Ultra Music, the latest single artfully blends a massive piano house melody with peak time beats guaranteed to get any crowd dancing.
Featuring American singer-songwriter Kat Nestel‘s intense vocals, ‘Walk On Water’ showcases the two artists’ synergy. “I’ve been a fan of Kat’s vocals for a long time since hearing her on tracks with Vicetone and Disco Killerz. She’s got so much power, and a raw, rock and roll vibe to her sound that I really love,” says GATTÜSO. “I was out in LA to do a radio show and we arranged to get in the studio together. Kat’s amazing in session and the whole song was basically written right on the spot!”
GATTÜSO is definitely one to watch, having made a name for himself with his first release ‘Who We Are’ in 2018. The rising star had also more recently played as a supporting act for Galantis at Avant Gardner, and is set to continue his ongoing tour in North America and Europe.
