With past and present festivals in the United States, England, Brazil, Japan, Mexico and more, you would think the Insomniac team would be running out of locations to hold its events. Well, it looks like Electric Daisy Carnival isn’t done expanding just yet, as Pasquale Rotella has confirmed that the festival will make its Indian debut later this year.
EDC India will take place on November 12th and 13th in Delhi and is expected to draw a ginormous crowd. The country’s electronic music scene is growing at a rapid pace and in a press release, Insomniac states that it will be one of the biggest festivals “ever witnessed in the country”. In a press release, Rotella states, “Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by the country’s colorful and exotic culture. I know it’s a place where the magic of EDC can come alive in a truly unique way.”
